About the Role
As a Project Manager in Production, you’ll own key event elements—managing end to end responsibilities within the Production ecosystem. Whether leading smaller standalone projects or heading segments of mega-scale events, you'll report to the Production Director, closely aligning with all Production functions.
What You’ll Do
• Lead from Production Pitch to Post-Event Wrap-up – Drive the delivery of production deliverables, briefing technical teams, managing build schedules, and coordinating strike.
• Production Team Management – Manage the Production Team scheduling and delivery timeline.
• Coordinate Multi-Discipline Teams – Liaise across technical, creative, logistics, safety & security, and operations to ensure full alignment.
• Stakeholder Liaison – Serve as the key Production contact for clients, commercial leads, creative directors—and external vendors and contractors.
• Master the Timeline – Create, update, and monitor production schedules, cue tracking, and load-in/load-out logistics.
• Manage Production Budget & P&L – Track vendor costs, commercial spend, and margin performance—ensuring profitability for your scope.
• Keep Production Docs Organized – Manage technical riders, site plans, risk assessments, run sheets, asset logs, and crew call lists.
• Close with Production Precision – Lead post-event debriefs, supplier review, budget reconciliation, and P&L finalization.
About You
✔ 5+ years delivering large-scale events from a production standpoint.
✔ Previous experience working within Production departments in the Middle East.
✔ Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, from technical crews to vendors and external partners.
✔ Strong commercial mindset—comfortable managing budgets, costs, and profit margins.
✔ Excellent communicator—confident in stakeholder management and client-facing production discussions.
✔ Detail oriented, with a passion for robust planning, operations, and on-site execution.
✔ Holds a valid UAE driving license, with fluent written and spoken English.
Bonus Points If You…
⭐ Have Production experience in festivals, F&B activations, or content programming environments.
⭐ Are proficient in rider negotiation, load-in-era logistics, and AV staging.
⭐ Can speak Arabic—reading, writing, or conversationally.
