About the Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, facilities management, vendor coordination, and administrative support across LINKVIVA’s three regional offices. You will ensure every workspace is professional, compliant, welcoming, and fully operational, enhancing both employee productivity and client impressions.
What You’ll Do
• Manage Office Operations & Facilities – Ensure all offices are clean, organized, and compliant; maintain contracts, insurance, and maintenance records.
• Conduct Regular Office Audits – Perform biweekly audits at the Abu Dhabi office and maintain regular oversight with KSA representatives, submitting action-driven reports.
• Handle Landlord Relations – Manage rental renewals, maintenance negotiations, and property management liaison across all locations.
• Supervise Office Support Staff – Oversee office boys, manage daily task completion, and maintain inventory of supplies and office equipment.
• Manage Visitor Experience – Ensure a professional guest experience, oversee visitor logs, and manage meeting room scheduling and hospitality standards.
• Maintain Documentation & Compliance – Keep all facility contracts, insurance, and operational records updated and accessible.
About You
✔ Operations Expert – Deep understanding of office management, facilities coordination, and vendor oversight.

What You Need to Apply
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management or facilities coordination roles.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
✅ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
