About the Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll be the on-ground leader ensuring that event builds, installations, and live operations run smoothly and safely. You’ll work closely with production, technical, and operations teams, coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time, to spec, and without a hitch.
What You’ll Do
🛠 Manage Site Activity – Supervise all on-site works including setup, breakdown, and live event phases.
📋 Enforce Site Safety & Regulations – Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue requirements.
📞 Liaise with Contractors – Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and crew to ensure seamless delivery.
🧭 Track Site Progress – Monitor timelines and solve issues proactively to avoid delays.
👷♂️ Team Coordination – Manage and guide site crew and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
🔍 Quality Assurance – Maintain quality control across all aspects of event delivery.

What You Need to Apply
✅ 5+ years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds
✅ Solid understanding of rigging, builds, logistics, and event health & safety protocols
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
✅ UAE-based or open to relocation
✅ Valid UAE driving license preferred
