About the Role
As a Technical Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the technical operations of live events. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will assist in coordinating equipment, managing on-site technical teams, and ensuring that all technical aspects are executed to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
🛠️ Technical Coordination – Assist in planning and executing technical setups for live events, performances, or shows.
👥 Team Leadership – Supervise and support technical staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
📦 Equipment Management – Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and transportation of technical equipment.
🎤 On-Site Support – Provide technical assistance during rehearsals and live events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
📞 Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
About You
✔️ Experience – Minimum of 4 years in technical production for live events, with a strong understanding of AV, lighting, and rigging systems.
✔️ Leadership – Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Problem-Solving – Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
✔️ Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
✔️ Adaptability – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
