About the Role
As a Budget Manager in Event Production, you will oversee the financial planning, monitoring, and reporting of allevent related expenditures. You will work closely with project managers, creative teams, and external partners to ensure that events are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
What You’ll Do
- Budget Development & Forecasting: Create detailed budgets for each event, incorporating all aspects of production, from concept to execution.
- Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Track expenses against budgets, providing regular updates and variance analyses to senior management.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality or integrity of the event.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to budget constraints.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Post Event Analysis: Conduct financial postmortems to assess budget performance and identify areas for improvement.
About You

What You Need to Apply
✅ Proven experience as a Budget Manager or in a similar financial role within event production.
✅ Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
✅ Knowledge of budgeting best practices and financial regulations.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Experience with large-scale events and understanding of production processes is a plus.
