About the Role
Role Definition
The Content Specialist at LINKVIVA is pivotal in enhancing the reach and impact of our events through targeted and engaging content. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on overseeing all content related to specific events, ensuring it aligns with event themes and marketing objectives. The specialist will strategize, develop, and manage dynamic content across various platforms, tailored to maximize audience engagement and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content strategies specifically designed to promote and support each event.
• Oversee the creation and management of all event-specific content, including digital content, social media posts, press releases, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content with the overall marketing strategy and event goals.
• Collaborate with event teams and other internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
• Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and report findings to the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality content delivery within deadlines.
Core Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to event promotion.
• Strong understanding of content management systems, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret content performance data.
• Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to produce content that captivates and engages.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple event schedules and deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.
Required Experience and Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation with a focus on event marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing engaging content that boosts event awareness and attendance.
• Strong portfolio of previous work that showcases expertise in event-focused content.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
