Role Definition


The KSA Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing LINKVIVA’s operations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves strategic leadership, business development, operational management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The incumbent will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to achieve the organization’s objectives.


Scope


This role encompasses strategic planning, business development, operational execution, financial management, and team leadership. The KSA Country Manager will play a crucial role in expanding LINKVIVA’s footprint in the Saudi market, ensuring quality delivery of services, and maintaining the company’s standards and values.


Key Responsibilities:


• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets aligned with corporate objectives.

• Business Development: Lead business development efforts to expand our client base, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for revenue generation.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, quality delivery, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to optimize profitability and maintain financial health.

• Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while effectively managing risks associated with operations.

Required Experience and Background:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in a senior management role within the events management industry, with a successful track record in business development and operations.

• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environment, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Saudi.

• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem- solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage budgets effectively, and achieve operational excellence.

• Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus (spoken and written).
