About the role

The Experience Manager is part of our programming and curation team.  This is a varied role, no two days will be the same.  You might be programming shows and content for a festival, developing engaging agendas and content for a brand activation, show calling an opening ceremony or curating the perfect blend of F&B and retail vendors for an event.

Specifically, the Experience Manager should:

  • Be a natural storyteller. The key to success in this role is to understand what the client wants, what their audience need, and putting together a program that draws people in, engages them, resonates and communicates, creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Be curious, an explorer, always looking for the latest trends, fashions, technology and hot topics.
  • Understand audiences, and be able to engage them in their language, whether that’s VIPs attending a launch event or thrill seekers at a festival.
  • Actively contribute to our programming and curation team, encouraging fresh thinking and creativity.
  • Network and engage with strategic partners, creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Create and maintain a database of content partners.
  • Ensure programming is developed in line with available budgets, and identify opportunities to create revenue opportunities from content elements.
  • Work closely with our wider team, aligning with event creative and strategy, technical production, project management, sponsorship and marketing, collaborating to enhance the event experience and build value for our clients.
  • Attend our events and manage content partners on site, ensuring our programming and content is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Play an active role in post event debriefs and reporting to continually learn and develop our services and skills.
