About the Role
As an F&B Curation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our event experiences—sourcing and managing a standout selection of food and beverage vendors that bring flavour and personality to every event. Whether it’s gourmet food trucks, artisanal coffee stands, or trending culinary concepts, you’ll curate a lineup that delivers on taste, quality, and guest experience.
You’ll work closely with the Curation Team Lead and event delivery teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and unforgettable moments.
What You’ll Do
- Curate Culinary Experiences – Discover and onboard F&B vendors that reflect the vibe, theme, and audience of each event.
- Build a Network – Maintain relationships with top-tier vendors across food trucks, cafés, catering companies, and more.
- Negotiate Smart – Lock in great deals, exclusive partnerships, and ensure strong commercial returns.
- Drive Compliance – Manage contracts, permits, and ensure vendors meet all health and safety standards.
- Ensure Quality – Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer service across events.
- Prioritise Guest Experience – Promote variety and inclusivity with dietary options (vegan, halal, gluten-free, etc.).
- Plan & Execute – Oversee vendor logistics and service flow during live events.
- Analyse & Improve – Use sales data, feedback, and post-event reports to refine future vendor selections.
About You
You’re passionate about food, plugged into the F&B scene, and you understand how culinary experiences can elevate events. You should be:
• An F&B Enthusiast – With strong knowledge of the regional food scene and vendor ecosystem.
• A Connector – Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
• A Strong Negotiator – Skilled in closing deals that work for everyone—vendors, clients, and us.
• Operationally Sharp – Comfortable with contracts, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Quality-Focused – With an eye for detail and a high bar for guest satisfaction.
What You Need to Apply
✅ 3+ years’ experience in F&B curation, hospitality, or event management
✅ Strong network of F&B vendors and contacts in the region
✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
✅ Knowledge of UAE health & safety and food regulations
Bonus Points if You…
⭐ Have experience in festivals, pop-ups, or large-scale public events
⭐ Speak and write Arabic
⭐ Have worked in vendor management, catering, or hospitality strategy
