About the Role
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor inquiries, resolving issues promptly and fostering a collaborative environment
• Partner with the production team to develop a comprehensive installation, setup and dismantle schedule for all F&B vendors.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely arrival and on-schedule opening of all vendor booths, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-event inspections to verify all vendors adhere to strict hygiene rules and regulations.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, service levels, and inventory throughout the event, addressing any concerns efficiently.
• Serve as a resource to vendors, ensuring they understand and follow all festival policies and procedures throughout the event.
• Oversee the management of reefer units, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Implement a system to ensure all vendor staff are properly accredited and meet all necessary qualifications before the live event date. This ensures a safe and qualified workforce serving our guests.
• Ensure all vendors have their food permits ready prior to event going live
• Develop vendor feedback survery for post event report
