About the Role


• Primary Liaison for government officials, diplomats, state officials, celebrities and other VIPs, their requirements and riders and any constituent groups that may require some sort of protocol considerations during the event times or site visits


• Procedures during event operations an overall status report and attends briefing meetings


• Welcomes and escorts any VIPs at the venue (VIP protocol management)


• Works closely with the project manager, programming manager, zone managers, production, and operations to communicate any special setups or requirement to the venue


• Oversees and supervises any VIP areas such as lounges to ensure agreed level of service is met


• Identifies and communicates all documentation, agreements or licenses that are required to be submitted to the venue to allow smooth access and operations and vice versa


• Will work closely with the operations team, transport, and the security provider to ensure VIP requirements are met and supervised the setups required from a protocol perspective


• Manage and liaise with the protocol team from DCT or other government entities.


• Acquire all necessary government permits and other event permits by liaising with government and other stakeholders.


• Traffic Management, parking management and arrangements


• Liaising with the traffic management team in pre-planning and live days
