About the Role
• Oversee daily attendance and manage crew schedules according to event needs.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new crew members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Guide crew members through the offboarding process, collecting feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide support and identify any additional resources crew members may require throughout the event.
• Professionally address and mediate any conflicts that may arise among the crew, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of crew onboarding, offboarding, and any other relevant HR documentation.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed throughout the event.
