About the Role

As a Production Manager at LINKVIVA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the production of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. With your extensive experience in event production and strong leadership skills, you will lead the production team to bring the event concepts to life, meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.

Specifically, the Production Manager should:

  • Assist the Production Director to lead and manage the production team, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and the creative team to understand event objectives, develop production plans, and oversee the entire production process from concept to execution.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals and budget requirement.
  • Ensure the highest standards, of quality, safety, and compliance are maintained throughout all production activities.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage production budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Oversee on-site production activities, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure smooth event operations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. 

About You

You should be: 

  • Knowledgeable of event production processes, including technical aspects, logistics, and creative elements.
  • Skilled with handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leading by example, excellent leadership and team management capabilities. 
  • Creative minded, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance event production.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in fast-paced and dynamic event environments, often with changing requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent with communication and negotiation.

As a minimum, you should have:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in Event Production.
  • At least 4 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Production, or a related field.
  • Arabic is a plus, not mandatory.
