As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with our business objective for a Wellness Festival. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and align with business goals with a focus on digital, social, influencer marketing & PR
- Liaison with design team for required designs (on brand and in a timely manner)
- Collaborate with partners (sponsors) to enhance event visibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement
- Analyze campaign performance and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing (Agency background preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media & PR
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Arabic speaking is preferred
