About the Role


• Main Liaison for venue managers, traffic department, health and safety, security, ticketing, accreditation, housekeeping, and staffing suppliers

• Collates a daily zone report and conducts daily morning briefing meeting on behalf of operations

• Supervise and arrange all operational files, make sure files are updated and kept complete on internal and externally shared folders

• Oversees the successful implementation of structural, technological and activation setups and its requirements within the zone

• Ensures that programming across all zones is planned and running smoothly

• Will be able to create a safe overall crowd management and visitor’s journey plan in cooperation with the Health & Safety Supplier

• Will ensure that each zone is setup and managed according to agreed health and safety protocols inclusive fire extinguisher plans,TUV permits and ensure agreed capacities are always managed as per protocols

• Directs all staff and vendors documentation are submitted to accreditation and all required permits and licenses are in place and up to date

• Works closely with security, accreditation, and venue managers to create a zoning and accreditation presentation for authorities and project team

• Manages evacuation and contingency plans plus policies and procedures put in place by Health and Safety and Security

• Scopes and produces a comprehensive signage and wayfinding plan and supervises production and placed with venue managers

• Will be aware of all requirements and the timely provision of all scoped operational services such as power, cleaning, staffing, and any other structural setups throughout the zones

• Works closely with staffing agencies to scope required staffing within the zone and aware of schedules, training, briefings, uniforms, and deployment with venue managers

• Will oversee the planning of housekeeping and waste management within the zones and manage any concerns or changes if required with venue managers

• Will work closely with the security provider to create and source security setups and oversee dot planning within the areas

• Depending on zone location must be able to supervise and be aware of transport, parking, and traffic plans, VAPPs and schedules

• Works with operations director and allocated vendor point of contacts to create a comprehensive operations plan ready for approval

• Produces together with Operations Director Post Event Evaluation Report
