About the Role


  • Managing and supervising the guest relations team
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints
  • Ensuring and providing flawless, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Create briefing and training material and conduct training sessions as required
  • Create and manage processes for guest management 
  • Preparing reporting templates in line with festival objectives
  • Managing and updating a master report to be submitted to the client post event
  • Attending daily/weekly meetings to discuss forthcoming events
  • Assisting event/zone managers to ensure the smooth running of events
  • Managing and liaising with volunteers (including assigning them tasks and providing training)
  • Supporting all departments across the event with any tasks that would contribute to guest experience
