About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent that aligns with LINKVIVA's goals and culture. They will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a strong employer brand, fostering relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and driving the overall recruitment process.

Specifically, the Talent Acquisition Manager should:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization, including experiential, sporting, and government events roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements accordingly.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize strategies and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

About you

You should be:

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on attracting creative and diverse talent in the UAE and KSA.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • An effective organizer with efficient time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment software.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with a positive and proactive attitude.

As a minimum, you should have:

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in events/agency/media industries.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, particularly focused on the UAE and KSA region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR,CIPD) is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
