About the Role


• Oversee volunteer daily attendance, ensuring everyone is accounted for throughout the event.

• Work closely with zone managers to efficiently allocate volunteers to areas requiring support based on skillsets and needs.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for volunteers, equipping them with all the information they need about the festival, including layout, operations, and emergency procedures.

• Ensure volunteers possess the necessary communication skills to effectively interact with and guide festival attendees.

• Conduct daily onsite briefings before the festival opens, keeping volunteers informed of any updates, schedules, and important messages.

• Manage and oversee the volunteer accreditation process, ensuring everyone has the proper credentials and security clearances for the event. Ensuring correct policies are being followed with event badges.

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for volunteers, keeping them motivated and ensuring they have a rewarding experience.

• Address any volunteer concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.

• Prepare a detailed post event report.



Qualifications


• Arabic speaking is a must.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with volunteers from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

• A passion for volunteer engagement and creating a positive team atmosphere.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring event security through proper accreditation.
