About the Role

As Production Director, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, ensuring that all event operations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and senior leadership to deliver seamless event experiences across the UAE and beyond.

As a Project Director, you are the conductor of our orchestra—the one who ensures that every piece, from creative to operations, blends together to deliver a world-class event. You will lead the full life cycle of a project, from pitch through execution, working across departments, managing stakeholders, and delivering outstanding results. 

As a Pitch Designer, you will work primarily in Keynote and PowerPoint, creating engaging, story-driven presentations for client pitches, briefings, and internal meetings. You’ll bring ideas to life with clear, impactful visuals, ensuring every deck is structured with a compelling narrative—a beginning, middle, and end.

As Traffic Manager, you will oversee the flow of projects within the Creative Team, ensuring deadlines, resources, and expectations are managed efficiently. You will act as the central point of team coordination, ensuring every campaign, event, or activation is delivered seamlessly.
