The Operations Director is responsible for the operational planning and delivery of allocated projects. This responsibility extends to all aspects of the event including but not limited to housekeeping, security, crowd management, health and safety, site services and traffic management.

Role Definition

The Project Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, delivery, and profitability of assigned projects. This role encompasses various aspects of event execution, including content, programming, resource management, and commercial performance. The Project Manager ensures that all internal and external KPIs are met, leading project teams on small scale projects and managing specific elements on larger projects.

Scope:

The Project Manager Lead will engage in the full life cycle of a project, from the initial pitch to delivery and post-event wrap-up. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, creating and updating project plans, and maintaining the overall project budget. The role requires identifying and managing revenue streams, integrating sponsorship and marketing opportunities, and ensuring the project is closed with accurate final reconciliations and reports.

In this role, the Project Manager Lead will be reporting to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pitch and planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including LINKVIVA teams, partners, suppliers, clients, licensing authorities, and venues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
• Develop, update, and share comprehensive project plans and status reports.
• Implement and manage workflows and processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Enhance participant experience by identifying and implementing key touchpoints throughout the project.
• Maximize ROI through effective integration of sponsorship and marketing opportunities.
• Oversee the project budget, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and revenues for optimal commercial performance.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including a project master book.
• Ensure thorough project closure with final budget reconciliations, post-event reports, and debriefs.

Core Skills and Competencies:

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering medium/large-scale events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and revenue streams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing, sponsorship, and event production.

Required Experience and Background:

• 5+ years of event management experience in delivering medium to large-scale events (Festivals, Sports, Cultural Events...).
• Previous experience working in the Middle East.
• A demonstrated understanding of fashion, retail, food & beverage, and trends relevant to Generation Z.
• Proven ability to lead project teams from different departments.
• A valid driving license.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and generate reports while assisting with data migration and other projects.

We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Manager with 8-12 years of experience, including 4 years in the event/entertainment industry. The successful candidate will oversee the full HR cycle, ensuring our values are embedded across the organization, and cultivate a cohesive company culture. This role also includes responsibility for internal communications and fostering a sense of unity and inclusion among full-time employees and freelancers.

As a Creative Director at LINKVIVA, you will lead our creative vision and strategy across all mega festivals, large-scale events, and marketing initiatives in UAE and KSA markets. This role involves conceptualizing and executing innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience.

As the Associate Creative Director at LINKVIVA, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision for our projects. You will lead the design and creative ideation processes, ensuring the artistic direction aligns with clients' objectives. Your expertise will be essential in crafting visually stunning and memorable experiences that captivate audiences and strengthen client relationships.

As a Production Director at LINKVIVA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the production of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. With your extensive experience in event production and strong leadership skills, you will lead the production team to bring the event concepts to life, meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.

As a Graphic Designer at LINKVIVA, you will be at the forefront of our creative team, responsible for translating ideas into compelling visual designs. Your role will play a pivotal part in shaping our projects and ensuring our design work aligns seamlessly with our clients' goals. As a CAD Designer at LINKVIVA, you will play a vital role in event planning and execution. The CAD Designer would create detailed layouts and 3D models of event venues, helping to visualize event setups and optimize space utilization. CAD designers should also assist in crafting engaging and immersive experiences through innovative spatial designs. Additionally, they might contribute to government events by designing stages, exhibition spaces, and infrastructure layouts for efficient and impactful gatherings.

As a Procurement Officer at LINKVIVA, you will be reporting to the Procurement Manager, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects and non-projects requirements are acquired timely and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will include vendor sourcing, negotiations and managing the procurement processes including documentation to meet the agency's needs.

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior 3D Designer to join our team, specializing in events, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering innovative and engaging 3D environments that captivate and inspire audiences.
